How much does the app cost? +
Downloading and exploring is free. Discovering events, browsing groups and managing your profile costs nothing. You only pay if you buy a ticket or if your school bills you through the platform.
Do I need an account? +
Not to explore events and groups. The account — free, with your email — is what you need for your tickets, your school and your capoeiristas.
Which devices does it support? +
iOS and Android. It’s the same app for everyone.
My group isn’t on the platform — is it still useful? +
Yes. Discovering events, browsing groups, registering for a batizado and carrying your ticket all work whether or not your group uses Ginga Nation. What needs your group inside is the school side: payments, receipts and attendance.
Is it in my language? +
The whole app is in Spanish, English and Portuguese. It follows your phone’s language and you can change it any time from your profile.

Nothing. Beta access is free. All we ask for is your feedback so we can keep improving the platform.

Do I need to be tech-savvy? +
No. It’s built so any mestre or leader can use it from their phone. If you get stuck, we walk you through it.
Is my group already in the directory? +
Most likely. We have many groups in the directory; once inside you can claim yours and start managing it, or create it if it isn’t there yet.
Are the app and the Hub the same thing? +
They complement each other. The day-to-day — taking attendance, checking your roster, billing, reviewing applications — happens in the app. Fine configuration and long reports live in the web Hub. Both read the same data.
