Your guests, in one thread
The deal with each guest mestre got lost among old conversations.
Bringing in a mestre from abroad is twenty messages, three flight changes and an agreement nobody can find on the day. Here that back and forth is a four-step process both sides see the same way.
How it works
Four steps. You walk them from your side and your guest sees the same four from theirs, so nobody has to ask where things stand.
-
Invite them
You add the guest with their name and role, and the platform creates their access and sends the email. You can share the direct link, resend it, or regenerate it.
↔ They open their link, confirm they are coming, and get their own space for the event.
-
Agree on the terms
You start from a template — flights, lodging, fee, per diem — and adjust it for this guest. The terms go out as a proposal; if they counter, you answer right there. When you agree, you close the negotiation.
↔ They see every proposal, accept or counter, and keep the full history.
-
Gather the paperwork
You ask for what you need — passport, flight details, their own requirements — and share yours: the invitation letter, the programme, the venue information. Once it is all in, you mark it complete.
↔ They upload what is missing from their phone and see what is still pending.
-
Ready
The agreement becomes a downloadable document for both of you, with the final papers beside it. On the day of the event there is nothing to hunt for.
↔ They have the same agreement and the same documents, without asking you for them.
Worth knowing
- The guest chat sits apart from the agreement and is one tap away from any of the four steps: what you talk about does not get mixed with what you sign.
- The template is a guide, not the last word. It seeds the terms and from there you edit, remove or add whatever this guest needs.
- All of this works the same from the app and from the web dashboard. Both see the same data.
- If you cancel an invitation, the reason is recorded, so the guest knows why.
More features
The rest of what the app already solves today.
- Your ticket, in Wallet No more digging for the payment screenshot in your gallery while the queue moves.
- Your school’s books Payments arrived as WhatsApp screenshots and by month’s end nobody knew who still owed.
- Your group’s cords Graduations lived in a notebook, and at the batizado nobody remembered who was ready.
- Promote your event from your phone Your batizado lived in an Instagram story that expired in twenty-four hours.
- Run your event without the chaos Registrations came by chat, payments by screenshot and the schedule in a PDF nobody opened.
- Your trial classes, with follow-up Someone asked about a trial class, you replied, and that was the end of the story.
- Find events and rodas Events lived in Instagram stories, and you found out once they had already happened.
- Tell everyone without chains A last-minute venue change was a WhatsApp chain that never reached half of them.
